Gifts and Entertainment

Gift cards to customers and vendors are strictly prohibited and may never be provided to a third party.  Additionally, we do not allow gift cards where employees want to provide gifts cards to employees.

Conflicts of Interest

A Conflict of Interest occurs when your personal interests compromise or interfere with the company’s interest.  The company’s policy is that you must avoid conflicts of interest or even the appearance of a conflict, and you must never use your position at the company to improperly benefit yourself or someone else.

 

You may not pursue, take or use any company opportunity, contacts, information or intellectual property for personal reasons unless approved by the Ethics & Compliance Team

As soon as you become aware of a situation in which there is a relationship identified in the reporting structure, please contact the Ethics & Compliance team using our Conflict of Interest form

Prior to seeking additional employment outside of GXO, please discuss the opportunity with your supervisor.  If they approve of the work, please complete our Conflict of Interest form with all the details and send to the Ethics & Compliance Team for review and approval

Please complete a Conflict of Interest form with all relevant details of the industry conference and submit it to the Ethics & Compliance Team for review prior to making travel arrangements for the event.

Prior to running for or being appointed to public office, please complete the Conflicts of Interest Form and submit it to the Ethics & Compliance Team for review and approval.

GXO does not allow our employees to ask our employees, customers and vendors for charitable donations, nor do we give charitable donations to organizations when our customers and vendors ask us for donations. We determine where our charitable donations go without influence from outside GXO.

Gift cards given to third parties are strictly prohibited by our GXO Code of Business Ethics. Gift cards to employees are also prohibited. 

Site leaders must not engage in a romantic relationship with any employee that works at a site under their responsibility. If a romantic relationship begins to develop, the site leader is required to communicate the relationship to their supervisor, local HR and to the Ethics and Compliance Department using the Conflict of Interest Form.
